Good advice for first time festival goers:
- Dress in comfortable, light-weight clothing
- Wear comfortable shoes, the venue is large and there is lots of walking
- Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, hat or visor,
- Be prepared for any type of weather! The Troy Strawberry Festival takes place in both rain or shine and will only be stopped if severe weather threatens.
- Drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated
- Always carry an ID, important phone numbers, and any pertinent medical information in case of an emergency.
- Have fun, and eat lots of strawberries!
The festival is always held on the first full weekend (Saturday/Sunday) in June.
The 2025 dates are June 7 & 8.

The Festival offers FREE PARKING AND FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE to the festival site from parking areas located off I-75 at the following exits that will drop you off directly at the festival:

If you do not wish to take a shuttle to the festival you can look for street parking but this is extremely limited and fills up quickly with volunteers and vendors.

The shuttle service is FREE due to a generous sponsorship from Kettering Health.
Strawberry Festival, we will be located on both the Great Miami River Levee and the DOWNTOWN STREETS of Troy, Ohio. The festival footprint will stretch along our Square on Main Street from the Plum to Mulberry Street, and on Market Street from Water Street to Franklin Street.
Shuttle drop off will be on at the Miami County Courthouse.

June weather in Ohio can vary but it usually beautiful! In June you should plan for warmer temperatures. The high on festival weekend has reached the lower 90’s in past years. This is a moderate season for precipitation, so be prepared for the possible rain shower.
No, the festival will be held rain or shine unless there is inclement weather that causes cancelation. This is determined by the Troy Fire and Police Department.
The Strawberry Festival venue is within the DORA (Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area).  Patrons can purchase alcoholic beverages from licensed vendors.

The Troy Strawberry Festival prides itself on the variety of food that is available and provided by our local Miami County Not-for-Profit clubs and organizations.
We have many strawberry treats such as our famous Strawberry Donuts, Strawberry Salsa, and much more!
We also have your festival food including Texas Tenderloins, Blooming Onions, Hamburgers, Sausages, and even Cajun cuisine!
The official strawberry donuts are made by and benefit the Troy Schools Music Boosters.
During the festival, there are two options for donut sales:
- Inside the Visitor’s side of the Troy Memorial Stadium (closest to the levee)
- Downtown at a booth at the intersection of Water Street and N. Market Street.
Donuts are $15 a dozen.
They sell Saturday 6:00AM-11:00PM and Sunday 6:00AM-6:00PM.
YES! DORA has been temporarily expanded to ¾ of the levee. The DORA extended over N. Market Street bridge and goes West on the top of the levee to just past the Gazebo.
The official festival beer and cider sales can be found on the levee near the gazebo.
Beer and Cider will be available for sale on Saturday and Sunday during the festival.
This area is included in the DORA.
Dogs are welcome if they are leashed and controlled.
There are certain items that are not permitted on the Festival site. Festival organizers reserve the right to alter carry-in policies at any time. Currently, these items include, but are not limited to:

You can find information at our Welcome Booths:
- Levee -Â in the gazebo near the center of the levee
- Downtown -Â on the fountain circle facing West Main Street
The Police and Fire tent is located on the fountain circle near the welcome booth.
In addition, we will have assistance from both Kettering Health and Upper Valley Medical Center at stations throughout the venue.
If there is an immediate need for assistance, call 911.

The Troy Strawberry Festival has a variety of local and regional performers.
We will have 2 stages this year.
The Levee Stage is located on the river levee, and the other is located downtown on Prouty Plaza. Â A complete schedule is available online.
There will be a designated Rest and Relaxation area during the festival located on Prouty Plaza (downtown) with tables, chairs including rocking chairs and a dining tent. There are also public benches and a dining tent on the levee.
New for 2025:
A cooling station is available at First United Methodist Church, located 1 block to the South at the W Main and Cherry Street intersection.
An area for nursing moms is located at the Mayflower Encore, 9 W Main Street.
Restrooms will spread across the festival for public access.
These locations are at the following areas:
- South Cherry St
- North Walnut Street
- West end of the Troy Memorial Stadium. (near the scoreboard)
A handicap accessible restroom with an adult changing table is available courtesy of Miami County Developmental Disabilities.  This restroom is located at the corner of N. Walnut Street and E. Main Street.
There will be 8- ATM’s available throughout the festival site.  Visit the information booth for location and directions.
During the festival the lost and found booth is also the information booth which is located in front of the fountain facing West Main Street.
After the festival all lost and found items will be held in the Troy Strawberry Festival office for up to thirty (30) days, after which these items will be donated or discarded.

Yes, the Troy Strawberry Festival and City of Troy is fully accessible.
The Hobart- ITW shuttle bus location at Exit #73 off of I-75 has a shuttle bus that accommodates wheelchairs.
There are also handicap accessible restrooms available including a adult sized changing table at the restrooms on N. Walnut St.
The festival will have souvenirs with not only the Troy Strawberry Festival logo including the 2025 theme shirts!
Come stash up on berry themed items, children’s berry bags, t-shirts, tote bags, lapel pins, magnets, cups, stickers and much more!
Strawberry Jam is a hometown celebration to kick off festival weekend. The evening will feature a band on the Prouty Plaza stage as well as downtown businesses staying open late, and a limited number of festival vendors operating, DORA.  There will also be a children's activities– Big Wheel Race.
